Owen Rand Kenan

Owen Rand Kenan (March 4, 1804 - March 3, 1887) was a prominent North Carolina politician.[1] He was a cousin of Augustus Holmes Kenan. He was born in Duplin County, North Carolina and served in the state legislature from 1834 to 1838. He also represened the state in the First Confederate Congress from 1862 to 1864.
