Henry Marshall (December 28, 1805 - July 13, 1864) was a prominent Confederate politician. He was born in Darlington County, South Carolina and later moved to Louisiana, where he served in the state senate. He represented the state in the Provisional Confederate Congress in 1861 and in the First Confederate Congress from 1862 to 1864.
