Colin John McRae (October 22, 1812–1877) was a prominent Confederate politician. He was born in Anson County, North Carolina and later moved to Mississippi where he served in the state legislature in 1838. Afterwards he moved to Alabama and was elected to serve the state in the Provisional Confederate Congress from 1861 to 1862. After the war he moved to Belize, where he died.
